Checkout time is 10am, check out at the Kiosk when you are ready. Send us an email to request a late check-out and we’ll do our best to fit you in (charges may apply).
Out Late
If arriving back late (or super early) be mindful of other guests, we believe everyone has the right to play (and a good night’s sleep)!
Parking – just $15
Parking spots out the front of our building are available for just $15 per day (24hr period). If not already added to your booking, please pop back to reception to arrange this.
Bathrooms
There are communal bathrooms on the ground floor, with showers and all facilities. Men’s are on the left at the start of the main hallway and women’s down the end of the same hallway also on the left (past the lockers).
NEED A HAIRDRYER? These are available from reception (at no charge).
TOWELS – May be hired for just $2.
Need To Wash
Our self-service laundry is located on the ground floor. Each load (wash or dry) is just $5 and tokens can be purchased from our crew at reception. Washing powder may be purchased for $2.
Kitchen
Cook up a storm in our free to use kitchen, with cooktops, microwaves and fridges. Our kitchen has plenty of dry and cold storage. How to use?
– Label your food items and pop them in a cubby hole or the fridge (and remember to clean out before you go).
– Leftovers? Any items with a longer shelf-life that you no longer need can be donated to future guests.
– Kitchen closes at 10pm and reopens at 6am.
Find your space
In the hangout, you’ll find communal places to work, eat and play. If you’ve got some time to fill while you wait for a flight, fill it in with a little volleyball on the front lawn, a bit of backyard cricket, footy or frisbee (sports equipment available free from reception). In true kiwi style, there’s a BBQ free for your use, and thanks to our team’s green fingers – there are even some fresh herbs growing on the back deck to improve your culinary performance, help yourself!
